Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms govern the integration services offered by David Vox. By booking sessions you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Provider
Services are provided by David Vox, tax ID (IVA) ESY4680271S, Arthur Carbonell 8, 08810 Sitges, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: info@davidvox.com.
2. Nature of the service
David Vox offers one-to-one integration support: reflective conversations that help clients understand and embody personal transformation.
The service is not medical, psychological, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, does not include diagnosis or prescription, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. David Vox does not provide, supply or facilitate any substances. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and wellbeing and should continue any treatment prescribed by their healthcare providers.
3. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 or older. David Vox may decline or end an engagement if the service is not appropriate, including where a client appears to need clinical or emergency care.
4. Booking and consultation
Engagements begin with a consultation request and an introductory conversation. A contract is formed only once both parties confirm in writing and the first monthly fee is paid.
5. Fees and payment
- The Initial Deep-Dive Consultation is €350 / $350, payable in advance to reserve the session.
- The One-Month Private Container is €1,750 excluding IVA (VAT), which is added at the applicable rate. It includes four private one-to-one sessions, four months of access to the Integration and Embodiment Training, and membership of the private community.
- Fees are payable in advance at the start of each monthly period by the payment method agreed.
- Sessions are to be used within the monthly period and do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
6. Rescheduling and cancellation
- Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are counted as delivered.
- If David Vox must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled within the same period or credited.
- Either party may end the engagement at the end of any monthly period with notice before the next payment.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers contracting at a distance have 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons. If you ask for sessions to start within this period, you acknowledge that you will pay proportionally for sessions already delivered and that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. To withdraw, write to info@davidvox.com.
8. Confidentiality
Everything shared in sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect someone from serious and imminent harm. Sessions are not recorded without both parties' written consent.
9. Liability
David Vox provides the service with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Personal data
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
